Values

In January 2020, EMU-FLEPS renewed both its VISION and MISSION statements. A team of teachers, members of our specialist support teams, coordinators, senior leaders and students also agreed to adopt a set of core values that will serve as the foundation for all we do and create a more inclusive and diverse climate atmosphere for all students and staff.

·       A Community of Learning – driven by the desire to promote the sustainable life-long practices that are both required and useful in the ‘real world’.

·       A Community of Personal Discovery and Reflective Skepticism – engaged by a love of collaboration, critical thinking, communication, creativity and innovation…all working across boundaries to help students and staff become the best versions of themselves.

·       A Community of Belonging – grounded on a passion for modern, democratic and multi-cultural understanding and mutual respect.
